- The department takes responsibility to supply quality manpower to the different departments of the company
- The department keeps a record of daily attendance &leave (Medical, Casual Encashment Leave, and MaternityLeave).
Training is an essential component of any company which believes in retaining their staff for long time.
H.R. department chooses employees who are interested/enthusiastic to learn new methods/terminologies as the company invests heavily in their training which is beneficial in the long run for the company as well as the employees at large.
Marketing is the most important department of a company as the growth of the company ultimately depends on this very department
We can segregate this department into two parts
- MARKETING : Marketing covers strategies, long term plans, contingency plans of the Company.
- Sales : Day to day activity which involves selling.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
The department plays an important role in the development of any products/services as it is an activity of continuous improvement related with the products/services.
ACCOUNTS & FINANCE
- ACCOUNTS : The department is responsible for day to day activities of cash transactions among employees, our bankers and distributors.
- FINANCE : The department is responsible for the financial activities of the company. It involves loans/debts and it’s planning.
The department plays an active role to give guidelines for the quality of a product/services. The department is responsible for the overall Quality policy of a Company.
